The Rothschild 10 complex is being built on one of the most unique, significant pieces of land in Tel Aviv – where Rothschild Boulevard meets Herzl and Lilienblum Streets, old meets new, and historic meets contemporary. Its scope includes preservation of five of the 66 original buildings that made up Ahuzat Bayit, the first neighborhood of the first Hebrew city, which formed the basis for modern Tel Aviv.
These historic buildings will house cafés, restaurants, and an elegant, spacious, and stylish lobby for the entire complex, as well as various leisure and recreation spaces reserved exclusively for its residents and guests.

This one-of-a-kind project, which was documented by artists and photographers throughout the entire construction process, clearly illustrates, more than anything, the delicate balance between the desire to preserve the historic fabric of Ahuzat Bayit, home to so many local and national leaders, and the ongoing need for urban renewal. In this way, the Tidhar Group is contributing to the momentum of renewal that is sweeping over Rothschild Boulevard and neighboring streets, while preserving buildings of architectural and historical value and supporting Tel Aviv’s development and renewal.
